Frequently asked questions

How fast is your lead time?

After receiving notice of your paid order, we begin processing immediately. For items such as a digital download of a home portraiture, you can expect to have a proof with one business day waiting for your approval. Other items, such as cutting boards, matte prints or mat and frames are usually completed and shipped within 3 business days.

Can I have things removed from a photo, such as power lines, before your digital designers apply the effects?

If there are certain items in a photo that you would rather not be in the finished product, simply send us an email with your request(s) after you have completed your checkout process. Our designers will work hard to accommodate you.

Usually, there is no extra fee for this. Extensive editing requests may require a separate fee.

I would like to present this gift at my client's closing. Are you willing to ship the item to me as opposed to sending it directly to my client?

Of course!

During your checkout process, simply fill in the requested information under the ‘Shipping Address’ section where you would like us to send your order.

I see an option to digitally download an order. What does that mean?

A lot of our customers wish to present our home portraiture designs to their clients in ways that we do not provide. So they prefer to print the finished design and have it printed in-house or outsource to another printing company. To accommodate this,  we provide these types of order in a digital file that can be downloaded.

These downloads will be provided to you in the size that you requested and will be available in the following popular formats: .jpeg .png .tiff .pdf

How are your items shipped?

All of our orders, excluding digital downloads, are professionally packaged for protection and sent to you via USPS Priority Mail.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the personalization of each item in our catalog, we can not accept refunds as the item can no longer be returned to our inventory to be resold. However, if there is an error on our part (example: spelling error) we will promptly refund or replace your order.
